The American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) has recognized retailer Camping World as one of the nation's top 11 employers of mature workers. Selection of the top 11 companies was based on criteria focusing on business practices enhancing the work environment for mature employees, including workforce of 50 or more; career development; flexible work schedules; mentoring programs; pension and health benefits.
Camping World is the world's largest retailer of RV supplies, with 30 stores nationwide, plus an extensive mail-order catalog and Internet operations.
