Topic: RSS FeedWisconsin homes - Resorting - Sand County Service Co. provides rentals - Brief Article
Travel America, March-April, 2002
Sand County Service Company arranges lodging at a variety of cottages, condos, and vacation homes in the Wisconsin Dells area. Ideal for families, these fully furnished rental properties are available at daily and weekly rates that often are less than rooms at better hotels.
In the wooded Spring Brook residential community, for example, choices include aluminum-, log-, and cedar-sided homes with two to four bedrooms. All Spring Brook homes feature air-conditioning and heat, cable TV, VCR, dishes, towels and linens, and a deck or patio with barbecue grill. Nestled between two lakes that offer excellent fishing and canoeing, Spring Brook has a playground, heated outdoor pool with Jacuzzi, and lodge with game room, snack bar, and lounge. Other homes are on Lake Delton and at Christmas Mountain, a year-round resort with golf and skiing. The Dells, one of the Midwest's top family fun meccas, abounds with amusements, from miniature golf to high-powered water parks.
