Often referred to as the "Smithsonian of the West," San Diego's. Balboa Park offers great deals to seniors. Home to 15 museums, performing arts venues, gardens, the San Diego Zoo, and restaurants, the nation's largest urban cultural park offers free admission to select museums on alternating Tuesdays.
