Centennial Mill, a new active adult community being built by Pulte Homes in southern New Jersey, boasts proximity to Philadelphia, the Jersey Shore, Manhattan, and Baltimore. When completed, the property will have 402 homes, including single-family detached homes and two-story townhouses. Planned amenities include sports and fitness centers, hot tub, sauna, and massage room, plus indoor and outdoor pools.
A community center will provide rooms for cards, billiards, arts and crafts, and computer. For outdoor lovers, there are a putting green, bocce courts, and walking trails. Animal lovers may bring Fifi or Fluffy but will likely find some restrictions on size and number of pets. For information, call (866) 506-9322 or visit www.delwebb.com.
