VRG article makes business travel easier
Vegetarian Journal, May-June, 2005 by Wendy H.
Thank you for your excellent article, "Business Travel for Vegetarians" (available online at <www.vrg.org/ travel/bustravel.htm>).
I'm vegan for health reasons and, having recently returned from an accounting conference in a small city where the vegetarian options were few and the vegan options fewer still, I was quite frankly frustrated. Although I'd discovered some of the tips previously (such as packing along food ... and I've just recently discovered the little tetra packs of soymilk at the supermarket), there were some wonderful new ideas about eating out and finding vegan options--and I just may have the courage to bring one of those mini-soymilk cartons into a restaurant. Again--thank you!
