Concentrate on fruit flavor

Vegetarian Journal, July-August, 2003

Eden Foods, which makes Edensoy products, has introduced two new organic fruit concentrates, one from heirloom apples and one from Montmorency tart pie cherries. Just add six parts water, and you have a refreshing juice drink. Or use these concentrates in smoothies and desserts, as a syrup for pancakes and waffles, or to convert teas and sparkling waters into holiday punches.

Write Eden Foods, Inc., 701 Tecumseh Road, Clinton, MI 49236, or call them at (517) 456-7424. You may also contact them at info@edenfoods.com or visit their website <www.edenfoods.com>.
