Beijing: Pacific Century CyberWorks and Chinese oil giant Sinopec Corp form an 80 million yuan ($9.7 million) worth joint venture to provide information technology services in China. The venture, Petro-CyberWorks Information Technology Company (PCITC), will be based in the Zhongguancun Science Park, Beijing, and plans initially to support and facilitate Sinopec's IT development and daily operations.
