Information Industry minister Wang Xudong says that China will not rush to pre-maturely issue 3G licenses, as network testing is still ongoing. He also says the MII is in no rush to further regulate mobile pricing, identifying his priority as improving consumer benefit through a combination of clarifying the legal guidelines, improving enforcement and honing tariff calculations.
