Government-owned Telecommunications Office is moving on with its plan to provide VoIP service to unserved areas in the countryside, and taps Singapore-based ETN as its partner

Government-owned Telecommunications Office (Telof) is moving on with its plan to provide VoIP service to unserved areas in the countryside, and taps Singapore-based ETN as its partner. ETN pledges to invest between $25m and $30m on the installation of the infrastructure that will enable Telof to offer technologies like VoIP and WiMAX.
