The Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts directs SingTel to comply with a December IDA ruling on lowering wholesale LLC pricing. The IDA ruling requires SingTel to move to retail-minus pricing model for wholesale LLCs--30% discount for end-user to competitor facility connections, and 50% discount for end-user to SingTel facility connections.
The retail-minus model is to continue for two years and then a cost-based model will take-over.
