In our January 2003 article "The Joy of Soy," the opinions of another source were mistakenly attributed to soy expert Mark Messina (p. 58). Dr. Messina actually advocates soy isoflavone supplements for those who don't get enough soy in their diets--around 50 milligrams of isoflavones per day.
