Breakfast to remember - updates - health aspects

> A researcher at the University of Toronto found that people who ate breakfast--whether carbohydrates, protein or even fat--improved their short-term memories significantly over people given a placebo. Although the subjects tested were geriatric patients, a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Council pointed out that other studies have shown that children who regularly eat breakfast score higher on tests.
