Chronic neck pain? Look to the East for relief - Brief Article

Better Nutrition, Sept, 2001

That stiff neck bothering you again? Maybe you should delay the massage appointment and go for acupuncture, first. A new study published in the British Medical Journal looked at acupuncture compared to massage as an effective treatment for chronic neck pain.
