99 Cents Only named top growth company - by Business Week - Brief Article

CITY OF COMMERCE, CALIF. -- 99 Cents Only Stores was named one of the Top 100 Growth Companies by Business Week in its June 11 issue. The 108-unit chain, which sells a mix of food and basic household items for 99 cents, was listed at No. 88. The chain generated $476 million in sales during its last fiscal year and $40.8 million in earnings.

According to Business Week, 99 Cents Only has generated an average return on capital of 15.9% during the past three years.
