MINNEAPOLIS -- Best Buy Co. Inc. announced the nationwide launch of "Best Buy Learning Place," an interactive, on-line learning Web site, available both in retail stores and through BestBuy.com. In association with education solutions provider Instruction Set, Best Buy is offering customers on-line, self paced learning courses for computer and digital technology products.
