CHANTILLY, VA -- President and ceo of Ahold USA's Tops Markets, Frank Curci, who was supposed to move to Giant-Landover, has resigned. According to Ahold, he is leaving the company in light of the recent accounting irregularities found at Tops. Curci had served as president and ceo of Tops Markets since 2000 and was transitioning to a new role as coo of Giant Food.
