DELRAY BEACH, FLA. -- Office Depot is acquiring privately-held 4Sure.com and the businesses of its two Web-based retail outlets, Computers4Sure.com and Solutions4Sure.com. The new subsidiary of Office Depot operates two Web sites from its headquarters and call centers in Connecticut. Computers4Sure.com is an on-line technology store featuring more than 60,000 technology products, including PC hardware, software, networking and supplies focused on the SOHO and consumer markets.

Solutions4Sure.com is dedicated to the technology products and services needs of small- and medium-sized businesses. 4Sure.com was founded in 1998 by its president and co-founder, Bruce Martin, who will remain as president after closing the transaction. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
