WOODLAND, CALIF. -- A product described as the first commercially prepared watermelon juice is being introduced to stores in California and Oregon. The Original Watermelon Juice, created by Watermelon Works, a sister company to watermelon grower Timco, is touted all natural, with 15% of the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin A and high concentrations of lycopene, a fat-soluble antioxidant found in select red pigment fruits and vegetables.
