RadioShack announced it has reached a settlement in a class action lawsuit filed in March 2000 in which former and current store managers were improperly classified as exempt from overtime wages in California. RadioShack denied liability, but agreed to pay up to $29.9 million to approximately 1,300 store managers who worked in California between March 27, 1996, and now.
