LEWISVILLE, TEXAS -- Fleming said it expects to settle several lawsuits relating to retail supply agreements in Kansas City and Salt Lake City that will allow it to gain full ownership of several Arizona-based Food4Less supermarkets. The settlements cover lawsuits with issues, none of which involve current Fleming operations, and should clear the way for more aggressive Food4Less expansion in the Southwest, according to the company.
