ROOKAWAY, N.J.--Party City's cfo Thomas Larson has resigned for personal reasons, the company announced in August. Succeeding Larson is Linda Siluk, who joined Party City in 1998 as vp of finance. In her new role, Siluk will report to ceo Jim Shea. Larsen joined Party City in 1999 as a consultant and acting cfo and was then appointed to cfo.
