Gap, Circuit City get new board members - Market Watch - Brief Article

SAN FRANCISCO AND RICHMOND, VA. -- Retailers Gap Inc. and Circuit City have turned to former Wal-Mart and Home Depot senior executives for additions to their boards of directors. Named to the Gap board was Bob Martin, the former president and ceo of Wal-Mart's international division who retired in 1999.

Named to the Circuit City board was Ronald Brill, a veteran Home Depot executive who joined the company when it was founded in 1978 and most recently served as executive vp and chief administrative officer.
