The SGMA International and Sports Marketing Surveys have formed a joint venture to provide market research services to the industry. Initial areas of research will be team sports, fitness equipment and athletic footwear. SGMA International, owner of the sporting goods Super Show, will continue to work with American Sports Data to produce an annual report on sports participation.
