KING OF PRUSSIA, PA., AND NORTH READING, MASS. - Global Sports Inc., a leading outsource solution provider for e-commerce, and City Sports, a sporting goods retailer in the Northeast, have announced an alliance to build and operate the www.citysports.com Web site.

Global Sports will develop and operate all facets of the new e-commerce store, including site design, customer service, fulfillment and merchandising. City Sports will utilize its marketing and in-store promotions to drive traffic to the site. Expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2001, the new Web store will feature a broad selection of sporting goods equipment, apparel and footwear.
