Quikdrop to open eBay 'drop-offs' in New Jersey

DSN Retailing Today, Oct 25, 2004

CARSON CITY, NEV. -- QuikDrop International has reported that James Casty has been granted area development rights to open 30 QuikDrop eBay drop-off stores in areas including Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Monmouth, Essex, Union, Middlesex, and Morris Counties in New Jersey. QuikDrop franchise opportunities are available in these areas immediately.

The first QuikDrop store will open in Bergen this December. Mr. Casty was the developer of Wolford Hosiery and Bodywear's retail concept. He retired in 1999 after selling his chain of retail stores in the United States to Wolford AG in Austria. "I thought I permanently retired in 1999," says Casty. "After visiting a QuikDrop store in New York, I became so fascinated with the concept, that after three weeks of due diligence, I had secured the Northern New Jersey region. I am back to work! I'm going to open 12 stores myself and franchise the rest."
