NEW YORK -- J&R (left), the largest privately-owned consumer electronics dealer in New York, was temporarily closed following Sept. 11 because of its location within the "Frozen Zone," a quarter-mile radius surrounding the former World Trade Center. After six weeks of renovations, including the removal of millions of dollars of electronics equipment, the 300,000-sq.-ft.
