PARAMUS, N.J. -- Toys "R" Us will launch yet another component to its co-branded Web site with Amazon.com to kick off the holiday shopping season. Mid-month, the No. 1 specialty toy retailer will go live with Giftrus.com, a personalized gift store featuring a slew of merchandise--everything from Gund plush toys to furniture to sweatshirts.
