PORTLAND, ORE. -- Darrell Webb, 44, was named ceo of the 133-store Fred Meyer division of Kroger, following the recent departure of Sam Duncan who left Fred Meyer to become ceo of ShopKo. Webb has served in various capacities at Fred Meyer and Kroger for the past 22 years, most recently as president of 86-store Quality Food Center division.
