Kodak - Vendor News - Perfect Touch processing program has been launched - Brief Article

DSN Retailing Today, Nov 25, 2002

Kodak officially launched its Perfect Touch processing program in the Midwest last month. The system individually scans and digitally corrects each photo to improve image quality and correct poor exposure or backlit pictures. The service will roll out across the remainder of the United States during 2003.

According to Kodak, 75% of consumers said they noticed a dramatic difference in the photos processed with the Perfect Touch system, which is now offered at 11 retailers in the Midwest, including Albertson's, CVS, Costco, Dominick's, HyVee, Kmart, Kroger, Meijer, Rite Aid, Target and Walgreens. Kodak is also testing the concept in Austria in advance of a launch sometime next year.
