CLEVELAND -- OfficeMax has a new cfo and a senior vp of advertising and sales promotion. The company named Michael Killeen, who recently joined the company as senior executive vp of financial and corporate strategy, to the additional position of cfo. He replaces Jeffrey Freimark who held the cfo position for seven months.
