MINNEAPOLIS - BestBuy.com began its post-holiday by being the first online retailer to offer Alienware personal computers, considered the 'ultimate' gaming machines to satisfy the memory intensive needs of today's gaming platforms. Through their innovative design, use of cutting-edge technology and attention to detail, Alienware computers have a reputation for speed and durability. BestBuy.com is offering Alienware's Area-51 model 2.0 GHz or 1.6 GHz systems, available in space black, conspiracy blue or saucer silver. Prices range from about $1,400 to about $2,300 for the CPU, including a mouse and keyboard. Gainers also can purchase high-performance accessories such as monitors, speakers and joysticks.
