AmericanGreetings.com and Egreetings Network have signed a merger agreement in which AmericanGreetings.com will extend an all-cash tender offer of $0.85 per share for all outstanding common shares of Egreetings. Stockholders representing approximately 27% of the outstanding shares of Egreetings' common stock have already agreed to tender their shares and vote in favor of the merger.
