SUFFERN, N.Y. -- Veteran merchant Keith Fulsher was named senior vp and gmm of the Dress Barn chain of 741 stores. He replaces Kathryn Bufano who resigned last November. Fulsher, who is responsible for all merchandising and product development and planning, reports to coo David Jaffe. Fulsher joined Dress Barn eight years ago after an 18-year career at Macy's.
