> NEW YORK -- The Retail Advertising Council (RAC), has announced the winners of the 2004 RAC Awards. For the second year in a row, Marshall Field's was awarded RAC's Best of the Best Award. Other award winners included Target and Mervyn's, Public Service; Brad Davis evp of marketing, Mass Mutual, Hall of Fame; Big Lots and Target, Mass Merchandisers Gold; The Home Depot, Specialty Retailers Gold; Marshall Field's and JCPenney, Department Stores Gold; Walgreens, Drug & Grocery Gold; and Wilsons Leather, Apparel Specialty Stores Gold.
