PARAMUS, NJ. -- To create buzz around its expanded bedroom furniture offerings, IKEA's marketing team has taken creativity to a new level. For Valentine's Day, the company hosted a "Profess Your Love" group wedding on Feb. 11 at its Paramus, N.J., store, complete with flowers, music, cake, and, of course, a romantic host, Chuck Woolery, former MC of "Love Connection." Each of the four couples (chosen at random from 150 online applicants) received a $1,000 gift card to build their own IKEA-inspired "Love Nest" bedroom set for their respective honeymoons.
