Bob's Discount Furniture

Saunders Karp & Megrue, with the existing management team, has completed the recapitalization of Bob's Discount Furniture, a Manchester, Conn.-based retailer. As part of the recapitalization, Dick Lesser, who serves on the board of directors at TJX Companies, A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts, Dollar Tree Stores, Organized Living and Reebok International, has joined Bob's board.
