WAYNE, N.J. -- Toys "R" Us appointed the president of its online division as its new cfo. Raymond Arthur was named to the post on April 13 and will replace Louis Lipschitz, who retired earlier this year. Arthur joined Toysrus.com in 2000 and has served as president of the company's online arm since 2002. During his tenure, he helped develop the retailer's partnership with Amazon.com.
