A joint venture between Lehman Brothers and Pacific Coast Capital Partners paid $123 million for two Culver City, Calif., properties: Culver Studios, a 304,000-sf office/studio complex at 9336 West Washington Boulevard, and a neighboring 146,000-sf office building at 9050 West Washington Boulevard. The seller was Sony, which is leasing back both properties. Cushman & Wakefield is the broker.
