Treeline Cos. paid $30 million for 400 Garden City Plaza, a 176,000-sf office building in Garden City, N.Y. The seller of the Long Island property was Reckson Associates Realty. Treeline now owns all four buildings in the complex, having acquired 100-300 Garden City Plaza in 2001 from Strategic Realty Advisors.
