Jamestown is buying a 75% stake in the office building at 111 Eighth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. An item in The Grapevine on Feb. 18 understated the size of the stake.
Dakota Realty owns the leasehold interest in the office building at 445 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. A Feb. 11 item in The Grapevine incorrectly reported the owner as the Laszlo Tauber Estate.
