Metropolitan Life bought the 365,000-sf Pico Rivera Commerce Center in the Los Angeles suburb of Pico Rivera, Calif., for about $33 million. The seller was regional developer Sares-Regis Group, which tapped CB Richard Ellis as broker. The 10-building complex, which was developed in 2002, is within a 2.1 million-sf industrial/flex park.
