Stoltz Real Estate Fund closed on its $106.5 million acquisition of Coventry Mall, in Pottsville, Pa., about 60 miles northwest of Philadelphia. Stoltz negotiated the deal for the 809,000-sf mall directly with the seller, Goodman Co. The mall, built in 1966 and renovated in 1995, leases space to four anchors and 118 in-line shops.
In-line sales average about $340/sf. The purchase will produce an initial annual yield for Stoltz of about 8.2%.
