RREEF, Principal Financial's Real Estate Separate Account vehicle and Falcon Real Estate, which invests on behalf of Strategic Real Estate Advisors of London, are the final bidders for the 495,000-sf Summit Office Campus 1&2 in Aliso Viejo, Calif. Bids came in around $120 million, or $240/sf. At that price, the buyer's initial annual yield would be about 6.6%--among the lowest ever in Orange County.
