L&L Acquisitions, which hired Sonnenblick-Goldman to help it find an ongoing equity partner

Real Estate Alert, June 23, 2004

L&L Acquisitions, which hired Sonnenblick-Goldman to help it find an ongoing equity partner, unsuccessfully bid with RREEF for the properties at 750 Third Avenue and 485 Lexington Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. For now, it appears the relationship between L&L and RREEF was limited to just that bid, although word is that the firms have spoken about broadening the relationship.

Two SL Green entities agreed last week to pay $480 million for the buildings, which encompass 1.7 million-sf. Owner Teachers Insurance is represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
