Donald Trump's plan to shop the building at 40 Wall Street in Lower Manhattan recently got a boost when American Express decided to continue occupying 200,000 square feet in the 1.1 million-sf office tower. The financial services company had spent several months trying to sublease the space through 2009.

American Express' decision apparently came just a few days before Trump hired CB Richard Ellis to market the building, which could be worth up to $400 million, or $366/sf.
