ING Clarion Partners is aiming to open a Southern California office in August that would be headed by Mike McCann, a senior vice president who currently works in Seattle. The outpost, which will probably be located in Orange County, would buy office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties in the region for ING's separate-account clients and its massive core funds, Lion Properties and Lion Industrial.
McCann will likely add two associates to the team later this year.
