Secured Capital beat out several rivals for the listing on Whalers Village, a beachfront shopping center on the island of Maul that is valued at $100 million. The 112,000-sf property is fully leased to glitzy retailers, including Chanel, Prada, Versace, Gucci and Tiffany & Co. The property is owned by the Estate of James Campbell.
