Aelita Software Corp. released the latest version of its Enterprise Delegation manager (EDM), EDM 3.5. EDM improves control of Windows-based networks by providing granular delegation of administrative authority. The product now includes a companion application that allows the administrative structure established in Windows NT to be migrated to Windows 2000.
EDM 3.5 has been enhanced to deliver greater control over Windows administration by providing management of computer properties and audit policies. The latest release also implements additional directory schema extensibility functions; broadens support for share, audit policy, computer, and domain controller management; and improves performance.
