In a survey of 1,300 respondents working with Windows NT, market research firm Survey.com -- formerly World Research Inc. -- found the biggest concern over the prospect of Windows 2000 Server deployment was reliability. Overall, the survey included IT professionals at organizations ranging from one employee to more than 50,000 employees.

About a quarter of respondents worked at companies with more than 5,000 employees: Those respondents indicated more concern about scalability than about new features.
