Discus Data Solutions L.L.C. unveiled version 2.1 of its EXMS (Exchange Management System) software suite designed to automate administration of Microsoft Corp.'s Exchange. EXMS now offers a Web access option using COM. The use of COM within ExMS simplifies integration into IT infrastructures and provides access to ExMS functions over the Internet and enterprise intranets.

Enhancements were also made to Directory Integrity Agent (DIA), the ExMS component that automates distribution list management and synchronizes the Exchange directory with other corporate databases. These enhancements include an improved GUI and other additional functionality.
